📋 Description

• • As a Full Stack Engineer 2 at Humana Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing a long-standing enterprise application that supports healthcare services for millions of members. Your work directly contributes to improving system performance, stability, and user experience in a mission-driven organization focused on whole-person well-being.
• • Day to day, you will work hands-on (80%) across the full stack—designing, developing, testing, and supporting software applications using Windows Forms, .NET, backend services, frontend frameworks, and Oracle databases. You will refactor and optimize legacy code, collaborate with offshore teams through code reviews and shared development, and partner with Product Owners, QA, and senior engineers to deliver enhancements while ensuring system stability.
• • You will join a dedicated engineering team within Humana’s technology organization, supporting the maintenance and evolution of core healthcare applications. The team values collaboration, technical excellence, and incremental modernization, providing a stable environment to solve complex problems and improve mission-critical systems used by patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise-scale .NET and Windows Forms development, gain experience collaborating with distributed teams, and contribute to the gradual modernization of legacy systems.
