• • As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and scaling of a modern, high-performance web application. This position offers significant ownership, encompassing both frontend and backend development, allowing you to make a tangible impact on our product's success. You will collaborate closely with product managers and fellow engineers to architect, build, and deploy secure, scalable, and user-centric features.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire development lifecycle. You will be instrumental in developing complex features and modules, leveraging your expertise in Next.js for the frontend and NodeJS for the backend. This hands-on role requires a deep commitment to quality, ensuring that best practices in coding, testing, caching, and performance monitoring are consistently applied to maintain a robust and scalable application.

• • The position requires a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience with Next.js (v15.x), having successfully delivered at least two recent projects where Next.js was the primary frontend framework. You should possess deep knowledge and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with modern NodeJS frameworks such as NestJS, Fastify, or Hono, demonstrating a clear understanding of their architectural trade-offs.
• • Proficiency extends to databases, with strong experience in PostgreSQL and/or Supabase, including query optimization and schema design. You should have in-depth, practical knowledge of ORMs like Prisma or Drizzle, with a proven track record in building complex queries and managing database migrations.
• • A profound understanding of caching strategies, including in-memory, distributed cache, and CDN, is essential, along with the ability to apply these effectively using tools like Redis for performance optimization. Full proficiency with Docker for containerized application management and deployment, including experience with docker-compose, is also a requirement.
• • You will need a solid understanding and practical application of background workers and message queues, such as BullMQ or RabbitMQ, for handling asynchronous tasks. Proven experience in building secure systems, including knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CSP, CORS, API security, and hosting environment hardening, is critical.
• • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms is expected. Furthermore, a genuine passion for mentorship, teaching, and helping team members grow is highly valued, alongside excellent communication skills and a strong product mindset that aligns technical solutions with business objectives.
