- • Join Agent Inc., a venture studio with a global distributed team, as a Full Stack Engineer pioneering AI-driven development by rebuilding workflows with agentic AI tools like Claude Code, Replit, and Cursor to achieve 10x productivity.
- • Day to day, you will configure AI skills for foundation models, build and scale React/TypeScript applications, create automated content systems for marketing and healthcare, design workflow automations with Make.com or n8n, manage PostgreSQL databases on Neon/AWS, deploy secure applications on AWS EC2 with HIPAA focus, and implement voice AI solutions for appointment scheduling.
- • You’ll collaborate with a diverse team across Brazil, Colombia, South Africa, Uruguay, and Nigeria in a venture studio culture that values AI-first innovation, balanced lifestyles, and scalable product development across healthcare and blockchain-based equine data portfolios.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-augmented full stack engineering, establish coding standards for agentic development, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge automation platforms, and contribute to transforming how software is built in AI-native environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of professional Full Stack engineering experience
- • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, and React
- • Expert use of GitHub for collaborative development
- • Postgres experience (Neon or AWS architectures)
- • Understanding of Linux/Bash and AWS/EC2 infrastructure
- • Familiarity with OpenAPI and custom integrations
- • Experience with agentic tools like Claude Code and Claude Cowork
- • High proficiency in Replit and/or Cursor
- • Ability to audit AI-generated code for quality and security
- • Experience with N8N, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
