📋 Description

• Full Stack Engineer - Backend (Ruby on Rails/React) role focused on shaping the technical core of Chronos, Reveal’s next-generation training and logistics platform for defense users.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end development of progressive web applications and agentic AI workflows that operate across mobile and desktop, ensuring reliable performance in mission-critical, low-connectivity environments.
• The engineer will build, scale, and secure foundational systems for scheduling, readiness, workflow automation, and data synchronization for Army units.
• Working in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment, the role requires driving architecture decisions, delivering high-quality code, and building production systems from the ground up.
• Reveal Technology, founded in 2019, is a dynamic startup revolutionizing field operations for defense, security, and public safety missions in remote, disconnected, and extreme environments.
• The company’s flagship products include Farsight (3D processing and mission planning), Identifi (secure identity verification), and expanded offerings Chronos and Anomaly 6, all designed to deliver tactical intelligence and automation at the edge.
• This role offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical software that supports modern warfare and national security efforts where precision and reliability are paramount.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React for full-stack web application development.
• Experience building and deploying progressive web applications (PWAs) with offline capabilities and low-connectivity resilience.
• Strong background in designing and implementing secure, scalable backend systems for mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and integrating AI-driven automation into enterprise platforms.
• Ability to drive technical architecture decisions and deliver production-quality code in fast-paced, early-stage startup settings.
