• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in rapidly prototyping and deploying growth experiments across the entire technology stack. Your primary focus will be on building new initiatives from the ground up. This includes conceptualizing and implementing engaging landing pages, designing and launching effective referral loops, developing novel product surfaces, and architecting any other solutions deemed critical for driving user acquisition and enhancing engagement. • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of growth initiatives. You will prototype and ship new growth experiments, develop bespoke tools to support these experiments, and create innovative product surfaces, all built from scratch. A key aspect of your work will involve building end-to-end projects designed to explore and optimize new acquisition channels, refine referral mechanisms, and enhance conversion rates.
• • To ensure data-driven decision-making, you will be responsible for instrumenting comprehensive analytics and tracking systems. This will allow us to meticulously measure the impact of each experiment, gather actionable insights, and inform iterative improvements. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations will be crucial for continuous optimization.
