📋 Description

• • As a Full Stack Engineer (Kotlin/React) on the Core Services team at hyperexponential Ltd, you will design and deliver foundational platform capabilities that enable product teams to build, ship, and scale complex underwriting workflows with speed and confidence.
• • Your day-to-day work will involve designing a scalable authorisation service, defining granular permissions models, building reusable SDKs and APIs for webhooks, notifications, and API proxy infrastructure, and collaborating with application teams to ensure adoption of platform services in production.
• • You’ll join a high-impact engineering team at a fast-growing insurtech scale-up backed by a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures, trusted by nearly 50 of the world’s largest insurers to power decisions in a $7 trillion industry.
• • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in platform engineering, Kotlin-based backend systems, React/TypeScript frontend integration, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), while shaping engineering culture through documentation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
