- • As a Full Stack Engineer at Voize Inc., you will play a pivotal role in building and evolving the customer-facing web platform and backend services that empower nursing managers and administrators to gain insights, streamline workflows, and manage fleets of voize devices efficiently. Your work directly contributes to saving frontline care staff up to 39 minutes per person per day through AI-powered voice-to-documentation, improving both operational efficiency and quality of care in 1,000+ healthcare and social care facilities across Germany and beyond.
- • You will own the end-to-end development of the nursing management web application, focusing on delivering high-quality, intuitive user experiences using modern React and TypeScript, while ensuring scalability to support thousands of devices across diverse healthcare environments.
- • You will design, implement, and maintain robust backend services, primarily using Kotlin, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, reliable CI/CD pipelines, and comprehensive test coverage for proactive quality assurance.
- • You will partner with product and design teams to shape feature decisions that deliver tangible value to users, translating complex operational needs into safe, simple, and data-intensive dashboards, device configuration flows, and account management systems.
- • You will actively monitor system health, triage bugs, and analyze error logs to drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of ownership, quality, and user-centric problem-solving.

- • Strong proficiency in modern React and TypeScript, with proven experience building scalable, maintainable frontend applications
