• Join Sitemate as a Full Stack Engineer and become an integral part of our dynamic and collaborative engineering team, focused on building modern software solutions for the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. This remote, full-time position based in Australia offers a unique opportunity for a mid-level engineer to significantly impact our flagship platform, Dashpivot, which digitizes manual processes into efficient, mobile-first workflows.
• In this role, you will be entrusted with the autonomy to own meaningful projects from conception to deployment. You'll design, build, and ship features independently within well-defined scopes, demonstrating your ability to deliver tangible results. For more complex challenges, you'll collaborate closely with experienced senior engineers, leveraging their expertise while contributing your own insights and solutions.
• Your responsibilities will extend to the critical area of system stability. You will own bug fixes and performance improvements end-to-end, from initial investigation and diagnosis through to successful deployment. This includes confidently identifying and resolving production issues, ensuring the reliability and seamless operation of our products for thousands of users worldwide.
• A core aspect of this role involves writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code. You will actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and receiving it in turn, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Engaging in technical discussions will be essential, where you'll share your perspectives, learn from others, and contribute to shaping the technical direction of our products.

This ensures that all team members, regardless of their geographical base, receive comparable living standards and competitive remuneration, with a full-time salary range of AUD 115,000 - 160,000 (including Super) pending experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript, including experience with Node.js for backend development and a modern frontend framework like Angular or React.
• Experience with React Native is highly preferred, demonstrating capability in mobile development.
• Familiarity with CSS and a passion for frontend development, ensuring a keen eye for user interface and experience.
• Experience with MongoDB and AWS is considered a bonus, indicating a broader technical skillset.
• Prior experience in building no-code/low-code automation products is a bonus, showcasing an understanding of product extensibility and user empowerment.
