📋 Description

• Join the Core squad at Orcrist Technologies Inc. to build and maintain the Orcrist Intelligence Platform (OIP), a secure, Kubernetes-native data intelligence product used by defense, law-enforcement, and enterprise teams for mission-critical operations.
• Build and maintain admin consoles, IAM flows, notifications, and collaboration features; implement secure auth patterns with Keycloak/OpenFGA; deliver accessible, performant React components with robust testing and telemetry; participate in on-call, observability, and incident response for Core services; collaborate closely with Design, Platform, and customer-facing teams to prioritize impact.
• Orcrist builds the Orcrist Intelligence Platform (OIP), a secure, Kubernetes-native data intelligence product delivered as SaaS or self-hosted/on-prem—including air-gapped deployments. We serve defense, law-enforcement, and enterprise teams that rely on mission-ready software.
• You’ll ship end-to-end TypeScript features (Next.js + Node.js/tRPC), harden IAM UX, and ensure secure-by-default workflows used by every customer. Gain deep expertise in secure full-stack development, observability, and incident response while contributing to products with tangible impact on public safety and national security.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years building production-grade TypeScript applications across frontend + backend
• Strong experience with React/Next.js, Node.js/tRPC (or similar), and modern testing tools
• Familiar with OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC/ABAC, and secure UI patterns
• Comfortable with Kubernetes/GitOps workflows and participating in on-call rotations
• Eligible to work in Germany; EU/NATO citizenship preferred for export control
