- • As a Full Stack Growth Builder at Fleek Technologies Inc., you will architect and own the entire customer lifecycle marketing system, transforming how the company engages users from onboarding through monetisation by treating AI as a core toolkit rather than an add-on, directly impacting retention and revenue in a mission-driven marketplace tackling fashion waste.
- • You will design adaptive CRM systems that use real-time user signals to determine optimal messaging timing, channel, and content; build rigorous experimentation frameworks using holdouts and causal inference to measure true incremental impact; lead AI-powered personalisation and content generation at scale; analyse performance to surface high-leverage opportunities; manage communication frequency to preserve user trust; and collaborate on reseller-facing tooling like cross-listing features to increase stickiness across marketplaces.
- • Fleek is a post-Series B, hyper-growth startup headquartered in London with ~100 employees globally (~20 in the London office), backed by a16z, Y Combinator, and other top investors, building AI-native infrastructure to digitise the global secondhand fashion supply chain and divert millions of garments from landfill each year.
- • You will work in a high-ownership, non-hierarchical culture where curiosity, customer obsession, and absolute ownership are valued, with the opportunity to ship systems that drive same-week decisions, grow your expertise in AI-native growth engineering, and contribute to a projected $350B secondhand fashion market by 2027.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4-7+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing experience with proven ownership of strategy that directly impacted retention and revenue
- • Hands-on experience applying AI to content generation, personalisation, segmentation, or decisioning within production CRM systems
- • Deep expertise in experimentation methodologies including lift testing, holdouts, causal inference, and incrementality measurement
- • Strong SQL skills for independently extracting, transforming, and analysing large, complex datasets
- • Experience designing adaptive decisioning systems (rules-based, algorithmic, or hybrid) for messaging optimisation, timing, and frequency
