📋 Description

• As a Full-Stack Product Engineer at The Flex, you will play a pivotal role in building the operating system for modern renting by designing, developing, and launching end-to-end product features that automate operations and enhance user experiences for guests, landlords, and operators worldwide.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying operational challenges, designing software solutions, building and testing features using Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, and Supabase, creating internal tools and dashboards, integrating with external platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, and Twilio, implementing AI-powered workflows using OpenAI APIs, and continuously iterating based on feedback to improve scalability and reliability.
• The Flex is a fast-growing startup powered by its proprietary Base360.ai platform, on a mission to make renting a home as simple as booking a ride. You’ll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment, gaining deep exposure to product, engineering, operations, and AI while contributing to a scalable, global platform.
• In this role, you will develop strong product ownership skills, gain end-to-end full-stack expertise in a modern tech stack, learn to leverage AI in production systems, and grow your ability to solve real-world problems through software—positioning yourself as a versatile engineer capable of driving impact in high-growth environments.
