📋 Description

• As a Full-Stack Software Developer at Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Priswing — an AI-powered SaaS platform transforming the golf industry through dynamic pricing, business intelligence, and market benchmarking. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and customer satisfaction for golf operators across 9+ countries by enabling smarter, data-driven decisions.
• You will collaborate closely with the CTO and product/engineering team to design, build, and deploy scalable features across the full technology stack, owning projects from concept to production while leveraging AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code to accelerate innovation and code quality.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting and implementing backend services in Python/Django, developing interactive frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), building and optimizing data pipelines and ETL workflows, creating BI dashboards for real-time analytics, and integrating third-party systems via RESTful APIs.
• You will actively participate in CI/CD pipeline maintenance, write automated tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure system reliability through disciplined Agile practices, all while working autonomously to drive end-to-end feature delivery.

• You’ll contribute to high-impact modules such as dynamic pricing engines, Radar benchmarking tools, and tee-sheet integrations, directly influencing product scalability, performance, and market competitiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in Python and Django for backend development
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them independently across frontend, backend, and data layers
• Experience with data analytics or engineering, including ETL pipelines and data visualization
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience building interactive dashboards or BI tools
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integration patterns
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with CI/CD and automated testing
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a remote team setting
• Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as a natural part of your daily workflow
