Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Join an AI-native consumer intelligence startup as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, working across every layer of the platform — from backend services that process enterprise data at scale to the frontend interfaces that make that intelligence accessible and actionable.
- • This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving team: you'll take features from idea to production and iterate directly with enterprise clients.
- • The ideal candidate is an engineer who is energized by breadth, who wants to understand the whole system, and who sees product context as a superpower rather than a distraction.
- • You'll build and ship features end-to-end — backend services in Go/Python and frontend experiences in React/TypeScript.
- • You'll design APIs, data models, and service architectures that support agentic AI capabilities.
- • You'll create intuitive interfaces that translate complex enterprise data into clear, actionable workflows.
- • You'll collaborate with ML engineers to bring AI-driven features to production.
- • You'll own features through the full lifecycle: scoping, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.
- • You'll work directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to understand real-world needs and refine the product.
- • You'll contribute to infrastructure, tooling, and developer experience as the engineering team scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience in early-stage startup environments, building and shipping products end-to-end.
- • Proficiency in TypeScript/React (frontend) and at least one of Go or Python (backend), with demonstrated experience shipping code in both layers.
- • Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure platforms.
- • Experience building and deploying full-stack features with ownership across infrastructure, backend services, and frontend interfaces.
- • Comfortable operating in high-ownership environments where scope is not tightly defined and engineers manage their own priorities.
- • Strong product instincts — you think about the user, not just the code.
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience.
- • Early-stage equity participation.
