📋 Description

• As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Ondo Finance, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the technology that powers institutional-grade blockchain-enabled investment products, directly contributing to the company’s mission of bringing real-world assets on-chain and expanding access to sophisticated financial instruments through innovative DeFi solutions.
• You will join a high-impact, fast-moving team where your work will shape core user experiences across multiple blockchain ecosystems, including Ethereum, Binance, Arbitrum, Solana, Sui, and Aptos, with ownership over product features from concept to production and beyond.
• Day to day, you will build and ship high-quality product experiences across the stack, focusing on speed, reliability, usability, and craftsmanship in every release.
• You will design and implement clean, maintainable frontend systems and user interfaces using React and TypeScript, ensuring intuitive and performant interactions for users engaging with complex financial products.
• You will develop APIs, backend services, and integration layers that support product functionality and internal operations, enabling seamless communication between user-facing applications and blockchain infrastructure.
• You will collaborate closely with Product and Design to transform ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans, make strong architectural decisions, and execute quickly without sacrificing quality.
• You will own problems end to end — from initial idea formation and technical design through implementation, iteration, and long-term maintenance — ensuring accountability and continuity across the software lifecycle.
• You will exercise strong engineering judgment in architecture, abstractions, tooling, and tradeoffs, consistently favoring simplicity, durability, and long-term system health over short-term expediency.
• You will thoughtfully integrate AI-native engineering workflows — including leading coding models, IDE copilots, agent tools, eval harnesses, and verification loops — to increase velocity, improve code quality, and strengthen execution.
• You will stay current on advancements in AI tooling, developer workflows, and crypto infrastructure, applying them where they create measurable leverage in productivity or system performance.
• You will contribute to a culture of high standards, ownership, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration, helping to elevate the technical bar and team effectiveness.
• You will work within a fully remote, U.S.-based team, benefiting from flexibility while aligning with PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones to ensure effective collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience shipping high-quality software in production, ideally using Node.js, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Exceptional engineering ability and craft: strong product instincts, deep care for quality, and consistent delivery of clean, durable, well-reasoned systems.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across web applications, APIs, distributed systems, and modern front-end architecture.
• Clear communicator, strong collaborator, and low-ego teammate who raises the level of the people around them.
• Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
