• • Reacher SAS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic, AI-native team. As a YC-backed AI SaaS platform, we are building the operating system for TikTok Shop brands and creators, empowering them to connect and grow across all major commerce platforms. Our mission is to become the Hubspot for creator marketing, and we are rapidly scaling with some of the world's largest brands, including UnderArmour, Hanes, Logitech, and Goli. • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to own and lead product features from conception through to deployment. This includes the entire lifecycle of research, design, implementation, testing, and shipping. You will be instrumental in shaping our engineering architecture, setting high standards for code quality, testing methodologies, and development practices across the full stack. Your contributions will directly impact our users from day one, as they rely on our product daily for their business operations.
• • A key aspect of this position involves mentoring and guiding other engineers in adopting AI-native workflows. You will play a crucial role in establishing best practices and patterns for AI-assisted development, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. You will also engage directly with customers to understand their needs, translating vague requirements into polished, user-friendly experiences. This customer-centric approach ensures our product remains aligned with market demands and user expectations.
• • On the backend, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL, deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This involves architecting robust APIs, managing databases efficiently, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of our backend services. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a high degree of autonomy.
• • For the frontend, you will build responsive and delightful user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, incorporating modern UI components like shadcn/ui. A strong emphasis will be placed on creating accessible and performant user experiences that are both visually appealing and highly functional. You will drive architectural decisions and engineering processes that maximize AI-assisted development velocity, ensuring we ship fast and learn faster in a high-urgency environment.
• • We are building with AI, not around it. Our engineering team utilizes Claude Code and other agentic coding tools as their primary development environment. If you are excited about directing AI agents to ship code while you focus on higher-level tasks like architecture, review, and system design, and you cannot imagine working any other way, this role is for you. You will be at the forefront of a paradigm shift in software development, where human expertise is amplified by intelligent automation.
• • This role requires a deep understanding of modern coding tools, particularly Claude Code, and proficiency in its various modes, including Interactive, Plan, Headless, Agent Teams, and Delegate. You should be "AI-pilled" when it comes to problem-solving, approaching any new challenge, skill acquisition, or architectural hurdle by leveraging AI tools and an AI-driven workflow as your default method. Strong systems thinking and architectural awareness are essential, as you will direct AI to build while you architect, review, and verify, ensuring the correctness and quality of the AI's output.
• • You will have the opportunity to demonstrate recent AI-native work, having shipped meaningful projects in the last 90 days where AI coding tools were your primary development environment. This hands-on experience is crucial. You will also be responsible for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code with minimal oversight, embodying a proactive and self-sufficient approach to software development. The ability to decompose complex engineering work into tasks suitable for AI assistance, coupled with strong judgment for when to leverage AI versus when to code directly, will be key to your success.
• • We value engineers who care deeply about product, design, and user experience, not just the code itself. You should be comfortable building features across the entire stack, from schema design and backend APIs to pixel-perfect, accessible frontend implementations. Owning something meaningful end-to-end, such as a product module, an infrastructure refactor, or a major feature launch, is expected. You will set standards for engineering quality and architectural decisions in our AI-native environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, figuring things out independently. Strong product intuition and the ability to push back on requirements when necessary to improve outcomes are highly valued.
