- • Provide in-person infusion care and support at the Glen Allen center, with travel to other SOVA centers for coverage and support, delivering infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and guidelines, starting and managing IV access for patients receiving infusion therapy, and communicating effectively with patients across all aspects of their care.
- • Spend 80% of time on clinical responsibilities including coordinating with referring/prescribing providers, ordering and maintaining clinical inventory and supplies, and ensuring patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy.
- • Spend 20% of time on quality and compliance responsibilities remotely, including onboarding new Medicare patients, performing chart audits, providing clinical supervision, ensuring compliance across the region, and serving as a resource for patient education and preventative health consultations.

- • Contribute to company growth by delivering direct patient care primarily at the Glen Allen, VA clinic, with required travel to other SOVA sites including Roanoke, Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, Midlothian, Norfolk, Newport News, and Virginia Beach as needed.
- • Develop expertise in biologic drugs, Medicare documentation, and regional compliance while gaining experience in both clinical delivery and quality oversight functions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
- • Ability and willingness to travel to all SOVA sites (Roanoke, Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, Midlothian, Norfolk, Newport News, Virginia Beach) as needed
- • Must be able to start IVs — IV therapy experience required
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care
- • Strong clinical judgment and comfort working autonomously
- • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- • Experience with Medicare documentation and quality/compliance processes preferred
