- • As a fullstack developer with a strong backend focus, you will design and develop shared backend services and APIs that product teams depend on, with clear contracts and abstractions that fit how they actually work.
- • You will work with product teams and business stakeholders to understand where the platform is holding them back, and turn that into concrete improvements our users feel.
- • You will build and operate systems with a strong focus on robustness, and improve them continuously through careful analysis and iteration.
- • You will write clean, maintainable, high-quality code across the stack, conduct code reviews, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- • You will collaborate on system design, tech stack decisions, and platform boundaries, optimizing for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- • You will guide technical direction on major initiatives such as migrations and platform capabilities, and mentor team members along the way.
- • You will work closely with colleagues to continuously improve processes, tools, and team practices, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role, with a clear backend focus.
- • Genuine fullstack capability: comfortable working in a modern React/TypeScript codebase, even if backend is where you do your deepest work.
- • Experience with functional programming concepts or languages.
