• • You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the core systems that form the backbone of Baba's operations. This includes crafting robust web applications, designing efficient APIs, and building reliable backend services that enable our advocates to navigate the intricacies of healthcare on behalf of patients. Your work will directly support the seamless functioning of our platform, ensuring that older adults receive the coordinated care they deserve.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves architecting and implementing sophisticated automated QA and monitoring systems. These systems will be crucial for auditing patient outcomes and assessing advocate performance at scale. By ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our services, you will directly contribute to maintaining the high standard of care that Baba is committed to providing, especially as we expand our reach.
• • You will also be responsible for developing intuitive and powerful internal tools and dashboards. These tools are designed to streamline clinical workflows, replacing time-consuming manual processes with efficient, scalable software solutions. By empowering our advocates and providers with better tools, you will help them focus more on patient care and less on administrative burdens.
• • Furthermore, you will architect data models and pipelines that can support a rapidly growing marketplace connecting advocates, providers, and patients. This involves designing systems that can handle increasing volumes of data and complex relationships, ensuring that our platform remains performant and scalable as we grow from thousands to millions of users.
• • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with the founder and the clinical team, translating operational bottlenecks and user feedback directly into tangible product features. This close-knit collaboration ensures that our technology is always aligned with the real-world needs of our users and the strategic goals of the company.
• • We are looking for a strong builder with a proven track record of shipping web applications. You should be comfortable taking ownership of features from conception through to deployment, including database schema design, backend logic, and frontend implementation. Your ability to see a project through from start to finish will be essential.
• • A systems-thinking mindset is crucial. You should be adept at mapping complex, multi-user workflows into clear data models and well-defined service boundaries. This ability will enable you to build scalable and maintainable systems that can adapt to future growth and evolving requirements.
