📋 Description

• As a Fullstack Engineer in the Founder's Office at Bioscope AI, you will serve as the founder’s technical right-hand, transforming early-stage AI and product prototypes into clean, workable code that bridges visionary ideas with engineering execution.
• Your day-to-day will involve refactoring 'vibe-coded' demos into sensible technical foundations, acting as a technical translator between the founder’s rapid experiments and the core engineering team, and building frontend-heavy implementations while wiring up backend APIs, cloud integrations, and AI models.
• You will operate in a highly unstructured, fast-paced environment requiring a relentless 'get shit done' mindset, working directly alongside the founder in a hybrid setup from his home office in Park City, UT.
• This role offers high exposure and ownership, allowing you to shape the technical foundation of a precision medicine platform while gaining deep experience in AI integration, fullstack development, and high-stakes product translation in an early-stage startup.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8+ years of fullstack engineering experience with a strong frontend bias and expertise in modern UI frameworks like React
• Proficiency across the stack including Node, Python, and AWS to build functional end-to-end applications from scratch
• Ability to balance speed and quality — knowing when to write quick-and-dirty code for prototyping and when to apply structural rigor for smooth handoff to engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI development tooling to practically integrate AI into software
• Exceptional professionalism, communication skills, and emotional intelligence to work closely with leadership in a non-traditional, high-trust environment
