A significant part of your work will involve close collaboration with non-technical teams, including research, HR, and analysts, to deeply understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. You will empower these non-technical users to drive change through the implementation of PR strategies, automation, and AI-assisted development, making complex processes more accessible and efficient. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building comprehensive guidelines, developing advanced AI tools, and establishing robust enablement processes that foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological adoption. Your expertise will be crucial in designing scalable systems capable of handling a large number of contributors, ensuring that our internal infrastructure can grow alongside the company. You will actively participate in crucial product decisions, meticulously evaluating trade-offs between development speed and solution quality to ensure optimal outcomes. A key aspect of your role will be to continuously improve the engineering workflows and approaches of the team, driving innovation and efficiency. You will integrate AI as a core component of your daily workflow, leveraging its capabilities in approximately 90% of your tasks, thereby setting a new standard for AI-first development.
