📋 Description

• Join Level AI as a Full-Stack Engineer in our Noida office and help shape the future of AI-driven customer engagement. Founded in 2019 and now a well-funded Series C startup headquartered in Mountain View, California, Level AI is transforming contact centers into strategic growth engines. Our AI-native platform harnesses Large Language Models and cutting-edge machine-learning techniques to extract deep, actionable insights from millions of customer interactions. You will work on products that are already trusted by Fortune 500 companies, directly influencing how they understand, serve, and retain their customers.
• You will own the end-to-end development of high-impact features and internal tools that power both our customer-facing web applications and our internal AI operations dashboards. From whiteboard sketches to production-grade code, you will translate product designs and Figma wireframes into pixel-perfect, performant interfaces. Expect to build intuitive React-based UIs that surface complex analytics in real time, while simultaneously architecting robust Django (Python) services that scale to handle terabytes of conversational data.
• Architect and maintain reusable component libraries that accelerate the entire engineering organization. You will define coding standards, write comprehensive unit and integration tests, and champion best practices in accessibility, performance, and security. Your components will be consumed by multiple product squads, so clean APIs, thorough documentation, and backward compatibility are not afterthoughts—they are part of your daily craft.
• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs that expose our AI models, data pipelines, and real-time analytics to both web and mobile clients. You will optimize query performance, introduce caching layers (Redis, Memcached), and ensure that every endpoint is secure, versioned, and observable. When latency spikes or error budgets are breached, you will be the first responder diving into distributed traces and logs to restore service.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, UX designers, data scientists, and fellow engineers in a fast-moving, agile environment. You will participate in sprint planning, lead technical design reviews, and mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews. Our culture prizes intellectual curiosity—expect to debate the merits of new React Server Components one day and optimize Python asyncio event loops the next.
• Deploy continuously to Google Cloud Platform using Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). You will monitor application health with Prometheus, Grafana, and custom alerts, ensuring 99.9 % uptime for mission-critical services. When experiments move to production, you will leverage feature flags and progressive rollouts to minimize risk and maximize learning.
• Stay ahead of the technology curve by evaluating emerging frameworks, libraries, and cloud services. Whether it is experimenting with Next.js 14 server actions, integrating Firebase for real-time collaboration, or prototyping vector databases for semantic search, you will have the autonomy—and the budget—to innovate. Your discoveries often become the foundation for new product capabilities or internal accelerators.

• Finally, you will measure success not just by lines of code, but by customer outcomes. You will analyze usage metrics, A/B test new features, and iterate rapidly based on feedback. When a new dashboard reduces average handle time for call-center agents by 15 %, or a real-time alert prevents a customer churn event, you will see the tangible impact of your work on both revenue and customer happiness.

🎯 Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech from Tier-I engineering institutes with 1–3 years of full-stack development experience at a top-tier technology company
• Proven expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and the Django framework in Python, backed by a portfolio of shipped features
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation; GraphQL experience is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and indexing strategies
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services, containerization (Docker), and modern CI/CD pipelines
