📋 Description

  • As a Fullstack Software Engineer at Siena AI, you will own end-to-end projects developing and optimizing features within an AI-powered customer support automation platform, directly impacting millions of monthly customer interactions across global brands.
  • Your day-to-day includes designing, building, and maintaining scalable full-stack features (frontend, backend, infrastructure), collaborating with product to shape roadmap and deliver high-impact releases, integrating cutting-edge LLM capabilities into enterprise workflows, solving complex engineering challenges like API performance and microservices optimization, maintaining and improving AWS cloud infrastructure with a DevOps mindset, and exercising high agency by taking initiative and driving ideas to production.
  • You’ll join a small, distributed team that punches above its weight, where every individual has outsized impact due to built-in leverage, fostering a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment focused on building AI agents that learn, remember, and act across customer touchpoints.
  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Express, gain hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production systems, strengthen your skills in cloud infrastructure (AWS), microservices, and event-driven architectures, and grow your ability to drive product impact through ownership, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration.
