📋 Description

• • Shape the future of Legal Tech as a Fullstack Software Engineer at Dilitrust, the pioneer SaaS platform that has been transforming legal departments since 2020. You will join a hyper-growth company scaling at 40 % year-over-year, on track to exceed a €1 billion valuation by 2026, and already trusted by 2,400 blue-chip customers across 64 countries.
• • Own end-to-end feature delivery—from whiteboard sketch to production release—on a modern micro-service architecture that handles millions of legal documents and AI-assisted workflows daily. You will design, code, test, and ship new capabilities for contract lifecycle management, general-meeting automation, and governance dashboards that directly impact Fortune 500 legal teams.
• • Collaborate daily with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers in cross-functional squads that operate with full autonomy. You will translate complex legal requirements into elegant technical solutions, run discovery workshops, and iterate rapidly based on user feedback gathered from our eight global offices (Paris, New York, Toronto, Mexico City, Dubai, Milan, Madrid, and Frankfurt).
• • Champion code quality and scalability by writing clean, type-safe TypeScript across Node.js backends and Vue.js 3 frontends. You will establish testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e), set up continuous-deployment pipelines on Kubernetes, and monitor performance with GCP-native observability stacks to guarantee 99.9 % uptime for critical legal workflows.
• • Act as a technical mentor and culture carrier. You will conduct thorough code reviews, pair-program with junior developers, and lead guild sessions on topics such as domain-driven design, GraphQL best practices, or AI model integration. Your guidance will level-up the entire engineering organization and ensure knowledge spreads across our hybrid-remote workforce.
• • Drive architectural decisions that keep us ahead of the curve. Whether evaluating event-sourcing patterns, migrating to serverless containers, or integrating new AI services for contract analytics, you will present RFCs, run proof-of-concepts, and shepherd adoption across teams while balancing innovation with pragmatic delivery timelines.
• • Stay plugged into the broader tech ecosystem. You will allocate 10 % of your time to R&D spikes, contribute to open-source projects, and represent Dilitrust at meetups and conferences. Your insights will feed directly into our roadmap and reinforce our reputation as the first Legal Tech with AI features launched in 2022.
• • Ensure rigorous security and compliance posture. You will implement encryption-at-rest, fine-grained RBAC, and audit trails that satisfy ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requirements, giving General Counsels confidence that their most sensitive data is protected by state-of-the-art controls.
• • Optimize for global scale. You will fine-tune PostgreSQL and MariaDB queries, introduce caching layers, and leverage GCP’s multi-region capabilities to deliver sub-second response times for users from Paris to Tokyo, all while keeping cloud costs predictable and transparent.
• • Celebrate impact. Every feature you release will be used by thousands of in-house lawyers to close deals faster, reduce risk, and demonstrate strategic value to their boards—making your work both technically challenging and socially meaningful.
