- • As a Functional Application Manager for Product Content within the EU, you will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing our product content ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow and high quality of product data and digital assets across our modern technology stack, which includes Akeneo (PIM), Bynder (DAM), ProductsUp, and Priint. You will operate at the critical intersection of technology, data management, and business operations, driving efficiency and accuracy in how we present our products to the market.
- • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous maintenance and continuous improvement of our product data model. This involves defining, refining, and managing attribute structures, ensuring consistency and accuracy in product information, and overseeing the complex process of translations to cater to our diverse EU market. You will be the guardian of our product data's integrity, ensuring it meets the highest standards for internal use and external customer engagement.
- • A significant part of your role will involve hands-on data management. You will regularly execute bulk exports and imports to update and manage vast quantities of product data, ensuring that all information is current, relevant, and synchronized across various platforms. This requires a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to data manipulation.
- • Improving data quality will be a core focus. You will proactively identify and address discrepancies, inconsistencies, and gaps in both product information and digital assets. This includes implementing data governance best practices and working collaboratively with various teams to enforce data standards and enhance overall data accuracy and completeness.
- • You will serve as a key point of contact for users of the product content platform. This involves providing essential functional guidance, offering support, and conducting comprehensive training sessions. Developing clear, practical, and user-friendly documentation will be crucial to empower users and ensure they can effectively leverage the platform's capabilities.
- • Handling incident tickets and system improvement requests will be a regular duty. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, coordinating resolutions, and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience. This requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system maintenance.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with internal development teams on various product content initiatives, ensuring that technical solutions align with business requirements and content strategies. This cross-functional teamwork is vital for driving innovation and achieving project goals.
- • You will also play a crucial role in coordinating incident resolution, acting as a liaison between internal teams and SaaS vendors. This involves clear communication, efficient troubleshooting, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues impacting the platform's availability or functionality.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in managing and configuring Product Information Management (PIM) systems, preferably Akeneo.
- • Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, preferably Bynder, and their integration with PIM.
- • Excellent data management skills, including experience with bulk data imports/exports, data modeling, and data quality improvement initiatives.
- • Experience in user support, training, and creating functional documentation for complex software systems.
