- • Lead end-to-end outbound talent sourcing and qualification for Functional Consultant and Project Manager roles, building scalable pipelines to support BLP Digital’s rapid UK expansion and global growth.
- • Identify, engage, and convert top-tier candidates with backgrounds in ERP implementation, technical consulting, P2P (Procure-to-Pay), or O2C (Order-to-Cash) process flows using targeted outreach strategies.
- • Partner directly with hiring managers across DACH and UK regions to understand evolving role requirements, market dynamics, and hiring priorities for business-critical implementation roles.
- • Master and leverage modern recruitment tooling — primarily Ashby and Juicebox — to streamline candidate identification, tracking, and conversion at scale while maintaining data integrity.
- • Design and execute creative sourcing campaigns to penetrate niche talent pools where traditional recruitment channels are insufficient, including consultants with ERP/SaaS implementation experience.
- • Evaluate candidates against core success attributes: ownership, comfort with ambiguity, customer-first mindset, and proven ability to drive end-to-end ERP automation implementations in industrial or manufacturing enterprises.
- • Serve as the primary brand ambassador for BLP Digital during candidate interactions, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a high-standard, respectful, and engaging candidate experience.
- • Develop and refine metrics-driven approaches to recruitment effectiveness, using data to optimize funnel conversion rates, time-to-fill, and source quality for high-volume, high-stakes roles.
- • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for both immediate hires and future hiring needs, anticipating growth in functional consulting and project management capacity across Europe.
- • Proactively uncover hidden talent in underrepresented or saturated markets by developing unconventional sourcing techniques that go beyond LinkedIn and job boards.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, people ops, and engineering teams to align talent strategy with product roadmap and customer delivery goals.
- • Reduce administrative burden by focusing on strategic candidate engagement rather than manual data entry or transactional tasks, leveraging automation to maximize impact.
- • Champion a candidate-centric philosophy, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and personalized interactions throughout the hiring journey.
- • Contribute to shaping the future of BLP’s outbound recruitment function in the UK, setting standards for how talent is sourced, assessed, and nurtured for mission-critical roles.
- • Stay current on trends in enterprise SaaS, ERP automation, and consulting recruitment landscapes to inform strategic hiring decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
- • Represent BLP Digital at industry events, professional networks, and virtual forums to build visibility and credibility among Functional Consultant and Project Manager talent communities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years of experience in outbound talent sourcing/recruitment in high-growth environments
