📋 Description

• • The Fund Accountant role at Wincent Software supports critical fund finance and operations in Gibraltar, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial reporting, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and audit readiness for a top-10 global crypto market maker.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing fund financial statements and workpapers, supporting audits, preparing and reviewing NAV statements, performing NAV reconciliations and investigating breaks, maintaining and reconciling ledgers, supporting investor finance administration, running monthly and periodic reconciliations and control checks, coordinating with Gibraltar auditors and internal stakeholders, identifying anomalies and exceptions, resolving straightforward issues, maintaining defensible records, and improving workflows in Google Sheets without compromising controls.
• • Wincent Software is a Gibraltar-based, self-taught team of 150+ engineers, traders, and quants operating since 2017, authorised as an Experienced Investor Fund by the GFSC, trading approximately 1% of global crypto volume with no VC backing, prioritising transparency, ownership, autonomy, and top-tier talent.
• • In this role, you will build ownership over critical finance processes, improve workflow reliability, gain deep exposure to fund accounting and NAV operations in a high-trust environment, develop expertise in audit-ready recordkeeping, and become a trusted contributor to the stability and consistency of the Gibraltar finance function through precise, dependable execution.
