• • Kernel’s technology enables RevOps teams to achieve at scale what a human can do manually for a single record, providing a reliable data foundation for enterprise decision-making and AI deployments.
• • Engineering roles typically include Product Engineers (frontend/backend), Engineering Managers, and Forward-Deployed Engineers.
• • Product roles typically include Product Managers, Product Designers, and Product Operations specialists.
• • GTM roles typically include Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
• • Candidates must be prepared for an intense, fast-paced startup environment where speed of learning and execution outweigh perfection.
• • Team members are expected to own outcomes end-to-end and are comfortable wearing multiple hats to meet evolving business needs.
