📋 Description

• As the Gainsight Administrator at Delinea, you will own and evolve the Gainsight platform to become the central system powering the Customer Experience team’s ability to proactively engage, retain, and grow customer accounts.
• You will design and maintain the Customer Health Score, build and refine the Customer 360 (C360), create playbooks and CTAs, manage account assignments and territories, and configure dashboards, reports, and integrations across Gainsight and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
• You will partner with Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services, Support, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable platform configuration, while providing day-to-day support, training, and enablement for the CX team.
• You will gain deep expertise in customer health analytics, CS Ops, and revenue technology strategy, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on customer retention and growth initiatives with direct visibility into leadership metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Gainsight administration experience
• Demonstrated ownership of health scoring, C360 configuration, and playbooks/CTAs in Gainsight (Rules Engine, scorecards, Cockpit, Journey Orchestrator)
• Strong grasp of CS Ops fundamentals and how customer data drives proactive engagement
• Comfort gathering ambiguous business requirements and translating them into scalable configuration
• Clear communicator who can work across personality types, learning styles, and functions
• High degree of ownership and a systems mindset for breaking down complex operational problems
