- • As a Gaming Account Associate at BetMGM, you will play a pivotal role in driving player engagement and retention by delivering proactive, personalized outreach to iGaming customers through phone and email, directly contributing to revenue growth and customer loyalty in a fast-paced, regulated online gaming environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to assigned gaming accounts using approved lists, re-engaging inactive or low-activity players with professional and friendly communication, answering basic account inquiries, accurately documenting interactions in CRM systems, executing targeted campaigns, upselling gaming promotions, maintaining compliance with responsible gaming guidelines, collaborating with AML, Fraud, and Payments teams to resolve issues, and managing difficult interactions with composure while adhering to a set schedule that may include weekends or holidays.
- • BetMGM is a joint venture between MGM Resorts International and Entain Group, employing over 1,400 professionals dedicated to revolutionizing sports betting and online gaming across the U.S. and Canada, with a strong commitment to innovation, integrity, and creating an inclusive workplace where every employee’s contribution is valued.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Casino VIP experience or equivalent sales experience in a customer-facing role
- • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and convey information clearly over phone and email
- • Experience in sales and customer service within a teamwork environment, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and collaboration
