- • Shape the future of content at Brandtech Group as our GenAI Content Writer. You will sit at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling, using generative-AI tools to craft high-impact copy for global brands across 40+ markets. Every day you will ideate, prompt-engineer, refine, and optimise text that powers campaigns for over 300 clients—from snappy social captions to long-form thought-leadership, product descriptions, scripts, and interactive chat experiences.
- • Own the end-to-end AI-assisted content workflow: research brand tone, build prompt libraries, iterate with Midjourney, GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary Brandtech models, then polish outputs until they feel 100 % human. You will test new LLMs and diffusion techniques the moment they drop, feeding insights back to our AI Lab so the whole group stays ahead of the curve.
- • Partner with strategists, art directors, data analysts, and CGI artists to translate briefs into narratives that resonate locally yet scale globally. Whether a fintech in Singapore needs 200 personalised emails or a beauty giant in Brazil wants TikTok scripts in Portuguese, you will deliver on-brand, on-time, and on-trend.
- • Champion ethical AI use. You will embed fact-checking, bias mitigation, and inclusive language into every prompt chain, ensuring our work is not only brilliant but responsible. You will also document best practices so teams in 28 offices can replicate your magic.
- • Build and maintain a living style-guide repository that maps each client’s voice to prompt variables, sample outputs, and performance benchmarks. When a new market opens, you will spin up a localised version in hours, not weeks.
- • Analyse content performance using Brandtech’s proprietary analytics stack. You will correlate prompt tweaks with engagement uplifts, feeding real-time data into dashboards that prove ROI to CMOs and secure bigger budgets for bolder experiments.
- • Mentor junior writers and cross-train designers, producers, and account managers on prompt-crafting fundamentals. Your lunch-and-learns will demystify AI so the whole company becomes more imaginative and efficient.
- • Stay plugged into the creator economy, meme culture, and emerging platforms (BeReal, Lemon8, Threads, whatever launches tomorrow). You will translate trends into pilot briefs that keep our clients culturally relevant and algorithmically favoured.
- • Contribute to sustainability storytelling. You will craft narratives that highlight clients’ science-based emissions targets and circular initiatives, ensuring every campaign advances Brandtech’s mission to embed sustainability into every stage of the project lifecycle.
- • Thrive in a fully remote, async-first culture. You will collaborate across time zones using Slack, Notion, and Miro, documenting decisions so teammates in Mumbai, Madrid, and Mexico City can pick up where you left off without missing a beat.
- • Report to the Global Head of AI Content and have a clear path to Senior Writer, Lead Writer, and Content Strategy Director within 18–24 months. Your success will be measured by content velocity, engagement metrics, client NPS, and the number of colleagues you up-skill.
