• In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting powerful and impactful digital content for a diverse range of projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all creative outputs, from initial concept to final delivery.
• While this position doesn't require you to develop original concepts from scratch, a strong understanding of the conceptualization process is essential. You will be adept at translating existing creative ideas and briefs into compelling motion graphics, bringing them to life with your design expertise.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including account management and other designers, to ideate, create, and implement motion graphics solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
• A key aspect of your role will be to take ownership of projects, managing them from the initial brief through to final delivery. This includes presenting initial design concepts to clients when required, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will be responsible for staying abreast of the latest digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion design and AI. Engaging with the wider digital creative community will be encouraged to foster continuous learning and innovation.
• Your design thinking will be applied across various platforms, including web, digital advertising, e-commerce, and particularly social media advertising. You'll need to demonstrate a keen understanding of what makes engaging content for these channels.
• You will adapt and define the visual style and 'look and feel' for a variety of design projects, ensuring strict adherence to and effective implementation of existing brand guidelines. This requires a strong sense of aesthetic and brand stewardship.
• The role demands a solid grasp of fundamental design principles, including conceptualization, graphic design, typography, and the creation of motion/video content. You should be able to articulate your design choices and their strategic rationale.
• You will be expected to proactively assist the account management and design teams with digital design briefs as needed, providing your expertise to support broader project goals and client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating digital content.
• Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D) and a strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms relevant to motion graphics creation and a willingness to explore and integrate Generative AI into workflows.
• Ability to interpret briefs, manage projects from concept to completion, and present design concepts effectively.
