📋 Description

• GenAI Senior Integrated Designer with Motion role at Brandtech Plus, a global creative team specializing in film, CGI, automation, AI, motion design, and digital/print content, partnering with over 300 clients across 40+ countries to deliver high-quality solutions using cutting-edge AI technology.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include working within a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social platforms; designing, laying out, animating, and refining digital marketing assets (static, animated, video), e-commerce content, and social-first visuals using GenAI tools like Pencil; developing assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display in response to client briefs; taking client briefs through all stages including insight, concept, copy, image and video generation, and final creative assembly using GenAI models; optimizing and adapting assets for multi-channel rollouts; implementing brand guidelines; responding to feedback with rapid iteration using GenAI; presenting work to internal teams explaining GenAI’s role; staying updated on design and GenAI trends; overseeing quality and consistency of creative output; researching and experimenting with new GenAI tools; ensuring timely, efficient, and effective delivery across multiple projects.
• The team is part of the Brandtech Group, operating at the forefront of leveraging AI to revolutionize creative production, with a focus on connecting clients with high-quality solutions, talent, and ambitious opportunities worldwide through innovation and impact.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in GenAI-powered creative workflows, master the proprietary Pencil platform, enhance your motion and integrated design skills, lead AI-assisted projects from brief to delivery, and contribute to innovation in AI-driven content for high-profile brands, positioning yourself at the forefront of the evolving creative technology landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio, delivering motion and integrated digital campaigns
• Proven Integrated Designer with motion portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of both traditional and AI-assisted projects
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Veo3, etc. (training on Pencil platform provided)
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Figma a plus)
• Strong retouching skills
• Strong awareness of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards (e.g., mobile-first best practices, asset adaptation for different channels)
