- • A freelance General Healthcare Practitioner – AI Trainer role focused on improving AI-generated medical content by applying clinical expertise to enhance accuracy, realism, and real-world relevance in AI healthcare systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI outputs related to medical care and clinical documentation, evaluating responses for medical accuracy and compliance, drafting realistic clinical scenarios from professional experience, creating scenario variations from multiple perspectives (practitioner, patient, caregiver, regulator), and identifying gaps or weak reasoning in AI-generated medical content.
- • 10Xteam Inc. connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs to build next-generation models; this role supports the development of AI systems that understand and reason about healthcare at scale, leveraging practitioner insights to improve model reliability and safety.
- • The role offers the opportunity to directly influence the training of advanced AI healthcare systems, develop AI literacy through access to an in-house AI Academy, and contribute to high-impact innovation while maintaining flexibility alongside existing clinical or consulting commitments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level general healthcare practitioner with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- • Experience in advising on, preparing, and executing medical assessments and care plans
- • Skilled at evaluating clinical methodologies, regulatory compliance, and healthcare documentation
- • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- • Available for 8–20 hours per week with prompt availability
