• • The General Manager (Senior Director) of GPO Services leads strategy and operations for three distinct Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) across health systems, pharmacy, and community clinic segments, driving member value, contract compliance, and financial performance.
• • Day to day, the role develops and implements enterprise-aligned strategies, serves as primary executive liaison for GPOs and external stakeholders, oversees operational performance and process optimization, owns financial performance across GPOs, partners with cross-functional teams, leads supplier negotiations, and mentors a high-performing team.
• • The role is part of Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, which creates pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality for millions of people.
