- • The Vice President & General Manager (VP/GM) Women's Health is the senior leader with full P&L responsibility for the global $600M Mammography & BMH (Bone Metabolic Health) business unit, accountable for end-to-end product strategy, execution, development, commercialization, growth, profitability, and compliance while building a high-performance organization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and executing the global product vision and roadmap, owning and growing P&L through new product introductions and margin expansion, leading portfolio strategy and capital allocation, balancing innovation with sustaining engineering, establishing KPIs for disciplined performance, building a world-class global product management organization, driving alignment across R&D, service, manufacturing, and commercial teams, and engaging with global customers, KOLs, regulators, and partners to shape market direction.
- • The role leads a globally distributed matrixed organization spanning product management, R&D, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, service, and commercial teams, with primary locations in Madison, Wisconsin; Buc, France; Bangalore, India; and Beijing, China, reporting to the global CEO for MR and Imaging’s Women’s Health.
- • The VP/GM will shape the future of breast cancer screening, diagnostics, and bone scans by translating clinical needs and technological advancements into scalable solutions that improve patient outcomes, develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning, and foster a culture of customer focus, innovation, accountability, and inclusion while gaining deep expertise in global healthcare product leadership and P&L management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated experience leading global product organizations with direct accountability for roadmap delivery and portfolio health
- • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or regulated healthcare industries
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- • Ability to travel globally, at times greater than 40-50% as required, with extensive time expected in Buc, France and Madison, WI
