đź“‹ Description
- • Own real, high-impact work from the first week of the internship with no hand-holding required.
- • Optimize internal tools and workflows using AI (e.g., Claude), Notion, Slack, and other platforms to save team hours and improve efficiency.
- • Conduct customer and market research to identify and prioritize 500 target companies for outreach and business development.
- • Support go-to-market (GTM) efforts through outbound communication, demo preparation, CRM updates, and deal-moving tasks.
- • Provide product support by listening to user interviews, identifying recurring patterns, and translating insights into clear written summaries.
- • Write sharp, concise, and well-structured documents including briefs, memos, internal documentation, and operational guides.
- • Work in a fast-paced, pre-seed startup environment where priorities shift rapidly based on business needs and customer feedback.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally across product, sales, and operations teams to support early-stage growth initiatives.
- • Operate remotely with full autonomy—proactively communicate progress, flag blockers, and deliver results without supervision.
- • Contribute to building the evaluation layer for hiring by supporting AI-assisted, evidence-based interview systems used by public companies and global startups.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and take initiative without waiting for direction.
- • Maintain high standards of clarity and precision in all written and verbal communication.

- • Help scale the company’s early customer acquisition strategy through targeted research and outreach.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation to ensure institutional memory and team alignment.
- • Demonstrate startup mentality: resourceful, scrappy, and focused on impact over process.
- • Be fully remote-ready with reliable internet, a professional workspace, and consistent availability during core business hours.
- • Show initiative in learning and applying new tools, systems, and workflows to solve problems independently.
- • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and accountability, aligned with Messa’s Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action policies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Recent graduate, current student, or 0–3 years of professional experience
- • Have built something you’re proud of—a side project, community, workflow, or campaign
- • Genuinely proficient with AI tools, including building with them, not just using them
- • Write clearly and think quickly under ambiguity
- • Remote-ready: proactive, visible, self-sufficient, and require no hand-holding
- • Seek full-time conversion and thrive in startup environments with agility and speed
🏖️ Benefits
- • Paid 3-month internship with a stipend competitive with top tech internships

- • Exposure to pre-seed startup operations backed by top-tier VCs
- • Direct access to a two-time exited founder and early-stage leadership team
- • Opportunity to shape the evaluation layer for hiring at companies globally
