- • As a German-speaking Customer Success Manager / Account Manager (m/f/d) for the Mid-Market segment at Leapsome, you will be responsible for helping customers achieve maximum impact from the Leapsome platform while building and maintaining meaningful relationships that drive retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include proactively managing customer relationships to minimize churn, identifying expansion and cross-selling opportunities, owning customer renewals, driving net revenue retention, monitoring and improving customer success KPIs (such as NRR, GRR, health scores, adoption rates, and time-to-value), gathering customer feedback to inform product improvements, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape the platform’s evolution.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS customer success, HR technology, and B2B account management while contributing directly to product strategy and company growth. You’ll have the opportunity to master customer lifecycle management, refine data-driven success processes, and grow your impact in a fast-moving, mission-driven scale-up shaping the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • University degree or equivalent work experience; 3+ years in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
- • Fluent in English and German, both in written and spoken form
- • Proven track record of managing customer renewals and driving net revenue retention
- • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero)
- • Passionate about the future of work and continuous learning, with a desire to build real impact in the HR tech space
- • Previous experience in HR tech or People Operations software (nice-to-have)
