- • As a Senior Manager of Paid Marketing, Sponsorships at Deel, you will lead demand generation and sponsorship initiatives beyond paid social and search channels, including newsletters, advertorials, podcasts, out-of-home (OOH), connected TV (CTV), and more, to expand brand visibility and drive qualified leads in global markets.
- • You will continuously scout for new advertising placements, publishers, and categories to test and scale opportunities, manage campaign budgets, analyze past performance, and produce KPI reports to inform optimization and strategic decisions.
- • You will establish repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for campaign management, growth, and reporting, acting as an operational excellence expert while collaborating with regional marketing leads and communications teams to identify local partnership opportunities aligned with global strategies.
- • You will share insights and performance trends with the paid advertising team, broader growth team, and regional managers to foster innovation and ensure cross-functional alignment, driving measurable impact in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role managing sponsorships with publishers; B2B/SaaS experience is preferred.
- • Strong knowledge of various buying models (Reach, CPM, CPL, CPC, etc.) and performance objectives (CPL, ROAS, etc.), along with expertise in demand generation publisher operations.
- • Demonstrated agility, flexibility, and autonomy in managing projects from conception to execution with diverse stakeholders.
- • Creative and analytical mindset capable of testing, implementing, measuring results, and consistently proposing new ideas.
- • Data-driven approach with comfort configuring dashboards and using modern analytics tools to track performance, including experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable, Gemini) to automate manual tasks and analysis.
- • Strong networking and collaboration skills to improve internal and external processes and communication flows.
