📋 Description
- • Gestionnaire sinistres – Assurance voyage – 100% Home Office: This role is critical to Sedgwick’s mission of supporting individuals facing unexpected events, particularly in the French travel insurance market, by managing claims with empathy and precision to uphold the company’s ‘we care’ commitment.
- • Day to day, you will manage and process travel insurance claims (lost luggage, medical expenses, trip interruption, etc.) for France-based clients, communicate daily with policyholders, providers, and international partners, analyze coverage to determine claim eligibility, maintain accurate administrative records in internal systems, and contribute to process improvements and service quality initiatives.
- • You will join a dynamic, international team within Sedgwick Germany GmbH in Düsseldorf, part of a global leader in claims management, risk analysis, and adjusting, where the stability of a large multinational combines with the agility of a human-scale organization serving primarily insurance clients.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in international claims handling, strengthen trilingual communication (French, German, English), gain proficiency in claims management systems, enhance customer service and problem-solving skills, and grow professionally through access to Workday Learning and Sedgwick University, all while enjoying a supportive, inclusive work environment that values work-life balance and employee well-being.
🎯 Requirements
- • Formation en assurance (type BTS Assurance, Licence professionnelle) ou formation commerciale équivalente
- • Excellente maîtrise du français (niveau natif ou équivalent) et bon niveau d’allemand et d’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- • Sens du service client, aisance relationnelle et excellente communication
- • À l’aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment MS Office ; une expérience sur des outils de gestion de sinistres est un plus
- • Organisation, autonomie et esprit d’équipe
