  • • The Global Ads Operations Executive at Deliveroo Advertising plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of advertising campaigns that connect brands with consumers across Deliveroo’s marketplace, directly contributing to revenue growth and partner satisfaction by translating advertiser goals into measurable, on-time campaign delivery.
  • • This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and scalability of Deliveroo’s global advertising operations, supporting both on-platform and off-platform campaigns for restaurant partners, non-endemic brands, and CPG advertisers, thereby enabling the company to monetise its audience while delivering value to advertisers through precise, compliant, and high-performing media activations.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with advertiser partners and client partner leads to develop and activate comprehensive digital and non-digital media campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and platform capabilities.
  • • The executive will support the end-to-end planning, setup, and activation of campaigns, coordinating timelines, assets, and targeting parameters to guarantee on-time launches and smooth execution throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • • They will execute and manage multi-channel campaigns, monitoring delivery against SLAs, troubleshooting issues in real time, and escalating risks or optimisation opportunities to senior team members when necessary to maintain campaign health and performance.
  • • Mid-flight checks and basic optimisations will be conducted regularly, using platform data and dashboards to track key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, with findings documented and shared to inform iterative improvements.
  • • The role involves close collaboration with internal teams across Ads, Commercial, Product, and Operations to align on creative guidelines, compliance requirements, and technical specifications, ensuring all campaigns adhere to brand safety, legal, and platform policies.
  • • Maintaining and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and playbooks is a core responsibility, promoting consistency and scalability in campaign execution across global markets as the advertising business expands.
  • • The executive will support post-campaign reporting and analysis, compiling performance insights, learnings, and recommendations for internal stakeholders and external partners to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategy.
  • • By identifying inefficiencies in workflows, tools, or processes, the incumbent will contribute to operational improvement initiatives, proposing enhancements that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support scalable campaign management as Deliveroo Advertising grows globally.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in advertising, media operations, digital marketing, or a related role within an agency, publisher, platform, or in-house environment.
  • • Hands-on experience supporting or executing digital advertising campaigns across channels including display, social, search, or email.
  • • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns or tasks under tight deadlines.
  • • Basic understanding of core digital advertising metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, coupled with a genuine interest in developing expertise in performance optimisation.
  • • Comfortable working with data, reports, and analytics tools, with the ability to interpret dashboards, follow established processes, and meet delivery timelines consistently.
  • • Clear and confident communicator, adept at building rapport and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners including advertisers and agency teams.
  • • Proactive, curious, and growth-oriented mindset, demonstrating willingness to learn, accept feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
