- • As Global Community Lead at Legora, you will shape and lead the company’s global community strategy as a key driver of growth and retention, sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth teams with ownership of community as a measurable engine for activation, retention, expansion, and brand equity.
- • You will design and execute the global community strategy beginning in North America, launch programs from 0 to 1, establish the operating model for scalable community programs, and personally lead high-impact initiatives in the early stages while creating measurement frameworks that tie community activity to revenue, activation, retention, and expansion outcomes.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Legal Engineering, Product, Engagement, and Brand teams to ensure community initiatives drive measurable outcomes aligned with company growth targets, reporting to the Senior Director of International Marketing.
- • In this role, you will identify, engage, and empower standout community members, champions, and power users; design and implement tools and systems for global scaling; create useful and memorable events; and contribute to how thousands of lawyers use AI daily through meaningful work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated experience building and scaling programs from 0→1 in Growth, Product, or Community roles
- • Strong creative instincts paired with a bias for action and ability to execute with speed and precision
- • Execution-oriented with strong project management skills—you ship fast, iterate based on feedback, and drive results
- • Data-driven approach to community strategy with ability to set KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize programs
- • Knows how to create useful and memorable events
- • Comfortable collaborating across functions and regions in a fast-paced environment
