• • As a Global Employment Specialist at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will ensure compliance with local employment regulations across 30+ global locations while supporting rapid company growth toward 900+ employees in three years.
• • You will provide comprehensive HR support including resolving employment queries, managing paperwork, processing leave requests, coordinating visas and work permits, maintaining HRIS data accuracy, setting up new hiring locations, and developing internal knowledge bases on employment law and policies.
• • You will join a People Operations Team within a globally recognized B2B SaaS company trusted by over 2,000,000 users from 300,000 companies, operating in the secure business collaboration market with products like Virtual Data Room and Board platforms.
• • You will develop expertise in global employment compliance, gain experience in international location setup, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Legal and external providers, and contribute to scalable HR processes that support strategic growth initiatives.
