- • As the Global Field Events Manager at Doxel Inc., you will own the strategy and execution of the company's events program, determining where Doxel shows up, what it aims to achieve, and how it wins in the construction technology space. This role is critical to amplifying brand presence and driving measurable impact through strategic event participation in a fast-growing, venture-backed AI construction tech company.
- • You will develop and execute a scalable events strategy aligned with business goals, manage end-to-end logistics for global field events (including trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing activations), coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product), and ensure each event delivers measurable ROI through lead generation, brand engagement, and pipeline influence.

- • Proven experience developing and executing B2B event strategies in a fast-paced, scalable environment
- • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events and logistics simultaneously
- • Experience coordinating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align events with business objectives
- • Ability to measure and report on event ROI, including lead generation, pipeline influence, and brand impact
- • Comfort working in a hands-on, ownership-driven role with minimal supervision
- • Experience with global or international event coordination (preferred)
