📋 Description

• As a Global Growth & Operations Manager at Rwazi Inc., you will play a dual-role mission-critical position focused on both building global participant supply and driving consistent delivery of work outputs, directly impacting the company’s ability to scale its data collection and marketplace operations across international markets.
• Your work will ensure that Rwazi maintains a reliable, growing, and engaged global network of contributors who consistently submit high-quality logs on time, enabling the company to meet client demands and expand its footprint in emerging and underserved markets.
• You will source participants across diverse countries and user types by identifying untapped communities, leveraging unconventional channels, and designing creative referral and incentive systems that go beyond traditional freelance platforms like Upwork to unlock supply where competitors are not looking.
• You will build and nurture strategic partnerships with local communities, niche networks, and grassroots organizations to establish sustainable participant pipelines, using scrappy, experiment-driven growth tactics to test, learn, and scale what works in different cultural and regulatory contexts.
• Once supply is activated, you will own the end-to-end logistics of participant logs — from onboarding to submission — tracking daily progress, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing rapid adjustments to ensure consistent volume, velocity, and quality of output.
• You will collaborate closely with QA and Operations teams to maintain high standards, troubleshoot issues in real time, and optimize workflows so that supply doesn’t just exist but actively delivers measurable results on schedule.
• You will run continuous growth experiments — testing referral structures, incentive models, outreach messaging, and channel performance — using data and feedback to iterate quickly and scale successful tactics across regions.
• You will thrive in ambiguity, taking ownership of outcomes from sourcing to execution, refusing to hand off after initial engagement and instead ensuring that every participant you bring online translates into tangible, daily submissions.
• You will come from a background in business development, growth hacking, marketplace supply (e.g., drivers, couriers, hosts), community-led growth, or field operations — environments where initiative, resilience, and results-oriented thinking are valued over rigid processes.
• You are someone who opens doors where none exist, embraces uncertainty, moves with speed and purpose, and measures success not by activity but by impact: new pipelines opened, logs flowing, deadlines met, and volume scaling.
• Success in this role means creating self-sustaining participant ecosystems in multiple countries where logs move daily because of the systems you built, not despite them — turning potential into predictable, scalable output.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing, acquiring, or activating supply in marketplace, community-driven, or field-based environments (e.g., user acquisition, business development, growth hacking, driver/host recruitment, or field operations)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving settings with minimal structure, taking end-to-end ownership of outcomes from initiation to execution
• Strong track record of designing and running scrappy growth experiments (referrals, incentives, outreach) that led to measurable increases in user acquisition or engagement
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging diverse communities across international contexts
• Comfort with data-informed decision making — ability to track metrics, interpret trends, and adjust tactics quickly based on performance
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a strong plus but not required
