  • • The Manager, Demand Planning & IBP owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise demand planning processes and the SAP IBP platform, serving as the functional and analytical lead for forecast accuracy, demand signal integrity, and planning analytics across Medical Distribution, Kitting, and related healthcare supply chains.
  • • Day to day, the role involves leading process improvement for demand planning, owning market intelligence and error analysis, supporting customer onboarding, developing advanced analytics and reporting, leading monthly Demand and Supply Reviews and S&OP cycles, mentoring planners and analysts, and serving as the primary demand planning partner to Commercial, Supply Planning, Distribution, Market Intelligence, and Finance teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Deep expertise in demand planning, forecast accuracy, and S&OP within complex distribution environments
  • • Advanced SAP IBP functional knowledge, including statistical forecasting and planning workflows
  • • Strong analytical skills across Excel, enterprise data warehouses, and automated reporting solutions
  • • Ability to translate complex analytics into executive-level insights and decisions
  • • Proven cross-functional leadership and process transformation experience
  • • Power user of: Alteryx, SQL, PBI
