- • The Audit Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of premium audit processing for Arch Investments Group Ltd, directly supporting the company’s mission to enable possibility through precise financial validation and client service excellence.
- • Day to day, the specialist performs quality reviews of multi-state Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Auto audits; pulls and analyzes WC experience modifications using NCCI and Independent Bureau state websites; calculates audit premiums and surcharges; and manages data entry and quality checks across multiple systems with minimal supervision.
- • The role operates within a collaborative, expertise-driven culture at Arch Investments Group Ltd, reporting to the Premium Audit Operations Manager and working closely with regional and corporate teams, staff auditors, and external vendors to meet service level commitments.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in insurance audit processes, strengthen analytical and problem-solving abilities, enhance cross-functional collaboration skills, and gain exposure to complex multi-state regulatory environments—positioning them for advancement in audit operations, risk management, or insurance underwriting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in premium audit processing
- • Proficiency in data entry and quality control across multiple systems
- • Ability to prioritize duties and multi-task between captives while maintaining attention to detail
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
- • Self-directed work ethic with personal accountability and a sense of urgency
