- • As Global Head of Growth - Consumer at Kraken, you will serve as co-founder of the consumer product vertical, jointly accountable for revenue performance alongside the Product lead, driving growth strategy and execution for Kraken’s consumer business.
- • You will own the consumer growth P&L — including NTU volume, payback period, 12-month LTV, and cohort quality — set strategy for horizontal functions (paid, lifecycle, onboarding, SEO, affiliate), lead and develop growth leads within your pod, and drive go-to-market for new products with measurable activation hypotheses and rapid iteration.
- • You will operate within Kraken’s matrix growth model, where you set strategic direction and hold cross-functional teams accountable without direct ownership, leveraging existing execution infrastructure to accelerate time-to-market through AI-native workflows and continuous experimentation.
- • You will build deep fluency in user economics, defend performance targets, mentor growth talent, and influence outcomes with founder-like intensity in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment — all while advancing Kraken’s mission to accelerate global crypto adoption and financial inclusion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in growth, consumer product, or GM roles where you owned a revenue number, not just a marketing budget
- • Demonstrated ability to set unit economics targets, track payback and LTV, and make resource allocation decisions based on cohort data
- • Experience operating in matrix or cross-functional models, setting direction and driving accountability through teams you do not directly own
- • Strong product instincts, having worked shoulder-to-shoulder with product leads, not just alongside them
- • AI-native working style: routinely using AI to generate creative, analyze data, and accelerate execution as a default practice
- • Experimentation discipline: designing, running, and killing experiments fast, with a track record of building cultures where testing is continuous
- • Data fluency at the operator level: pulling your own data, forming hypotheses, and acting on insights without waiting for analytics teams
- • Proven track record of developing growth talent and leading pods or sub-teams with clear outcome ownership
- • Experience in consumer fintech, crypto, or other high-consideration industries where trust and education are central to acquisition
- • Clear, direct communication style capable of operating with founder intensity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and influencing without authority
