  • • Govern equity programs, ensuring that they align with the company's overall compensation strategy and are fair and transparent.
  • • Build strong reward analytics that support workforce planning and cost forecasting.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compensation is aligned with business objectives and is a key driver of performance and retention.
  • • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits, and make recommendations for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • • Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on global rewards and equity programs.
  • • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compensation strategies that drive business results.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations for improvement.
