- • **Own the front line of our global expansion.** As Global Inside Sales Intern you will be the engine that powers Insider One’s growth across 25+ markets, identifying high-value prospects for the world’s #1 marketing & customer-engagement platform. Every lead you surface and every process you refine directly influences how brands like Samsung, Nike, L’Oréal and IKEA connect with their customers.
- • **Research & map the global landscape.** You will systematically research companies worldwide, segment them by industry, size and digital maturity, and build rich org-charts of key decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of CRM, Growth Directors). Your findings will populate our CRM and become the roadmap that senior reps use to open doors.
- • **Turn data into insight.** Conduct deep-dive market research on 25+ countries to uncover regional buying patterns, competitive threats and whitespace opportunities. You will synthesize this intelligence into concise briefs and battle-cards that give our global reps a first-mover advantage in every conversation.
- • **Create world-class enablement assets.** From pitch decks and one-pagers to objection-handling scripts and competitive teardowns, you will prepare training and enablement materials that upskill the entire Global Inside Sales Team. Your content will be used across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, ensuring a consistent, compelling narrative everywhere we sell.
- • **Build the tech stack of tomorrow.** Research, test and implement new tools—prospecting platforms, data-enrichment APIs, AI dialers, workflow automations—that make our reps faster, smarter and more productive. You will run pilots, measure adoption and report ROI, giving leadership the evidence to scale the best solutions globally.
- • **Own the numbers.** Generate weekly and monthly performance reports straight from the CRM, spotlighting pipeline health, conversion rates and rep productivity. Your dashboards will guide leadership decisions and help the team celebrate wins while quickly course-correcting misses.
- • **Champion continuous improvement.** You will constantly audit our sales process, spot friction points, and propose data-backed fixes—whether that’s a new lead-scoring model, a tighter follow-up cadence or a creative nurture campaign. Your ideas will be heard, tested and, when they work, rolled out worldwide.
- • **Collaborate without borders.** Work daily with AEs, marketers, product marketers and customer-success managers across 30 offices and 50 nationalities. You will join stand-ups, share insights on Slack, and present findings to global leadership, building a network that will accelerate your career long after the internship ends.

🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications or a related field
- • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and concise recommendations
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus for global outreach
- • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn quickly
- • Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
