- • Support the Global Key Account Management team in managing relationships with key international retail partners across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
- • Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales performance data for key accounts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of retail partner initiatives.
- • Prepare and update regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners, using CRM and internal data systems.
- • Coordinate communication between Emma’s headquarters and international retail partners, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- • Help organize and track key account meetings, trade shows, and partnership events across multiple time zones.
- • Conduct market research on competitor activities and retail trends within the sleep industry to inform strategic account planning.
- • Assist in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns tailored to specific retail partners and regional markets.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account agreements, contracts, and performance metrics in internal databases.
- • Provide administrative and operational support to the Global Key Account Management team, including scheduling, document preparation, and translation tasks as needed.
- • Gain exposure to D2C retail expansion strategies in over 35 countries, with direct involvement in real-world international business operations.
- • Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly performance reviews to receive feedback and contribute ideas for improving account management processes.
- • Work closely with mentors from the Global Key Account Management team to develop skills in negotiation, client relationship management, and international business development.
- • Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing partner onboarding, inventory planning, and customer experience across global retail channels.
- • Engage with colleagues from over 60 nationalities in a multicultural, collaborative environment that values initiative and ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- • Proficiency in English; additional European language skills are a strong advantage
- • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- • Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- • Interest in the D2C retail and sleep industry
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
